FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: I noticed on product pages that there are two listed inventory locations, what is the difference between "Direct from Manufacturer Inventory" and "Niagara Golf Warehouse" Inventory"?

A: If an item shows a low, medium or high stock under the Niagara Golf Warehouse inventory category, it means that we have the product on hand and will ship out next day! If an item shows a low, medium or high stock inventory under the Direct from Manufacturer Inventory category, it means that the item will come directly from the manufacturer and may be subject to backorders.

Q: Are you still open for repairs, regripping and what is the current turnaround time?

A: We are still open for repairs and regripping! We are operating on a 1-3 day turnaround for grips. All other repairs are 3-6 days.

Q: The product I am looking at has an estimated ship date, are they accurate?

A: Products that have an estimated ship date attached are dates provided from the manufacturer. We have essentially allowed our customers to enter a que for these items and have their product reserved for when they become available.

Q: What are your current store hours?

A: While the province is under a stay at home order, we are open Monday-Friday 9:00am- 7:00pm Saturday 10:00am- 5:00pm and Sunday 10:00-4:00pm.

Q: There are some products that say sold out, will they become available again?

A: We currently have products that are sold out listed because we are expecting them to arrive at some point and have allowed our customers the chance to be notified when a product becomes available. There is a "notify me when available" tool that prospective customers can sign up for and they will be notified via text or email when a product arrives.
